Every Year, The Kulture 256 and The Konnected Foundation Inc. bring THE 256 HIP-HOP AWARDS . An awards show dedicated to uplifting Uganda s most underrated genre. An Awards show that rewards Hip-Hop Artistes from Uganda and Africa at Large on merit. We award rappers that deserve the awards and not those that we think should win them. With the success of the previous event that happened last year at Laftaz Lounge on the 24th of May 2019, we shall in the same effort host the Second Edition at The National Theatre (UNCC) on Friday, the 15th of May 2020 from 6:00pm - Midnight.
